Replace text with images

Hi there,

I brought Kutools specifically to replace text with images so I wouldn't have to write a VBA every time I create a pricelist.

My problem is it will only replace the word the first time it appears, not every time.

Example: I have a list of colours many are multiples, when I do the match import pictures it will only replace the first colour, not all the multiples.

Is there a way so I don't have to run it 40 times? VBA replaces every colour text in my selection, kutools only the first time it appears.

Hello,
Please make sure the filename of the pictures are the same as the text (cell value) in the Worksheet.

Hi Jay,

Let me rewrite the issue :

Imagine we have in Excel

apple
apple
orange
melon
banana

the 2 first line are the same

And we used "Match Import" with all files named correctly
we'll get :

apple => matched with apple.png Image Displayed
apple => NOTHING !!! <<<< NOK
orange => matched with orange.png Image Displayed
melon => matched with melon.png Image Displayed
banana => matched with banana.png Image Displayed

We would love to have
apple => matched with apple.png Image Displayed
apple => matched with apple.png Image Displayed <<<<< OK
orange => matched with orange.png Image Displayed
melon => matched with melon.png Image Displayed
banana => matched with banana.png Image Displayed

The issue also appears in that case :
apple
orange
melon
banana
apple

Ill get :

apple => matched with apple.png Image Displayed
orange => matched with orange.png Image Displayed
melon => matched with melon.png Image Displayed
banana => matched with banana.png Image Displayed
apple => NOTHING !!! <<<< NOK
