I was using kutools for outlook version 16 on Microsoft outlook 365 version 2407 (build 17830.20138 Click-to-Run) for some reason it stop working, when I click kutools from com add-in it doesn't show up on the menu bar, so I thought it could be version 16 doesn't work with outlook 365 version 2407; so I download latest version kutools version 19 from extendoffice website and close outlook, uninstall kutools version 16 from control panel, then install version 19 then start outlook but this time the kutools doesn't not show up com add-in list or menu bar.
I try restart the computer kutools still doesn't show up on com add-in list or menu bar.
did I miss something?

Hi there,
Please check if Kutools is disabled by going to the Developer tab and clicking on "Disabled Items." (If the Developer tab is not on your Outlook ribbon, visit this tutorial: https://www.extendoffice.com/documents/outlook/1298-outlook-add-developer-tab.html)
Also, ensure that your antivirus software isn't blocking the add-in.
If the problem persists, try downloading the newest version of Kutools: https://www.extendoffice.com/download/kutools-for-outlook.html
