Hi,

I have this data in one row in excel, exactly in this format (text, than a blank line, than text and so on :

Atlanta

Orlando

New York

How can I turn this date into multiple columns or different rows?

Thanks

Hi there,

You can copy the row that contains the data, and then right-click on a blank cell, and select Transpose from the Paste Options as shown below:

You will get the data in different rows:

If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to ask me.

Hi, Thanks for the help but that does not help as I have several data in the same row, not different rows. But I did manage to find the solution with the "split cells" option.
Many many thanks
Rgds,
Elisa
