儘管無法從Word中的選定表中創建新的表樣式,但是您可以輕鬆地將選定表另存為快速表,以通過單擊重複使用。 請執行以下操作:

1.打開要保存為表樣式的源文檔,選擇整個表,然後按 按Ctrl + C 鍵一起復制。

2.將光標置於空白段落,按 按Ctrl + V 鍵將其粘貼,然後按 刪除 清除所有表內容的鍵。

3.選擇新的空白表,然後單擊 插入 > 枱燈 > 快速表 > 將選擇保存到快速表庫。 看截圖:

4.在彈出的創建新構建塊對話框中,在 姓名 框中,然後單擊 OK 按鈕。 看截圖:

現在,新的空白表將另存為快速表。

筆記:
(1)要重新使用此快速表,請單擊 插入 > 枱燈 > 快速表,然後在子菜單中單擊指定的快速表格。 看截圖:

(2)您不能將此快速表格樣式應用於現有表格。

(3)要從Quick Tables Gallery中刪除快速表,請 (1) 點擊 插入 > 枱燈 > 快速表, (2) 右鍵單擊子菜單中的指定快速表,然後選擇 組織和刪除 如下圖所示,最後 (3) 從彈出的對話框中刪除它。

My company has a stupid table format with sections of 4 rows with 3 formats, 3 cells on row 1, 1 cell with format A on row 2, 1 cell with format B on rows 3 and 4. Nothing in this tip or in Word helps me to duplicate this idiotic format.

I have saved a table in the Quick Tables gallery and have sent the template to an employee and they are not able to see the new tables, they can only see old ones that were created? How can I fix this?

This just saves the EXACT table with fixed rows and columns. Not a solution

You can apply the style, but the content of the table you apply it to will disappear.

Yes, you are right. This Save Selection to Quick Tables Gallery feature can only save the table style.
For saving both the table style and table content, you can save the whole table as an AutoText entry: select the table > Insert > Quick Parts > Auto Text > Save Selection to AutoText Gallery
