1. 請先按住 Alt 鍵（適用於 Word 2007 或 Word 2010），然後繼續在鍵盤上輸入菜單快捷鍵序列 i p s，這將顯示「從掃描儀或相機插入圖片」對話框。

1. 首先，您應該為您的 Word 文檔創建一個宏。請點擊視圖 > 宏 > 查看宏。參見截圖：
