如何在Outlook中調整自動發送/接收時間?

眾所周知,Microsoft Outlook總是自動每30分鐘安排一次發送/接收。 但是,默認的發送/接收間隔可能無法滿足某些Outlook用戶的需求,例如,他們要求Microsoft Outlook安排每10分鐘或每小時自動發送/接收一次,等等。在本文中,我將介紹一種自動調整Microsoft Outlook中的發送/接收時間或間隔。

以下步驟將引導您逐步調整Microsoft Outlook中的自動發送/接收時間或間隔。

步驟1:點擊 發送/接收組 > 定義發送/接收組 發送/接收 標籤。

注意: 在Outlook 2007中,您可以單擊 工具 > 發送/接收 > 發送/接收設置 > 定義發送/接收組.

步驟2:在“發送/接收組”對話框中,

(1)單擊以突出顯示發送/接收組,您將在組列表中更改其自動發送/接收間隔;

(2)確保選擇 每x分鐘安排一次自動發送/接收 選中,然後在此選項的框中輸入所需的發送/接收間隔時間。 例如,如果您需要Microsoft Outlook安排每小時自動發送/接收的時間,只需在框中輸入60。

(3)檢查以下選項是可選的 每x分鐘安排一次自動發送/接收 ,在 當Outlook脫機時 部分,然後在框中輸入發送/接收間隔時間。

步驟3:點擊 關閉 按鈕退出此對話框。

從現在開始,Microsoft Outlook將自動在指定的間隔時間為指定的發送/接收組安排發送/接收

This is a bad joke from Microsoft. I like this line "However, the default send/receive interval may not meet some Outlook users’ need" On gmail, if someone sends you an email, you get it right away! In Outlook, why would anyone want to not know they got an email for a half hour?? Default setting!?!? Obviously there are exceptional cases, someone is using a 20 year old computer on dial-up and does not want to overuse the wires? To have this as the default is unacceptable!

Actually, I came here to figure out how to slow down my email retrieval to every hour. As a creative, I am needing to minimize the number of distractions that call for my attention all day long so that I actually get work done in the spaces between the pings.

Outlook also contains corporate calendars - I personally need the calendar all the time, but also want to restrict how often I'm interrupted by incoming emails. As an analyst, I need to focus exlusively on modelling, and yet get the screen reminders telling me if I need to stop for a meeting - so if anything, "just closing outlook" will make me miss meetings. Top tip: judging doesn't help anyone - busy people actually may need this feature.
