This doesn't erase the invitation in the guests calendar... I need to delete the first invitation I sent previously but it stays in other people agenda, it creates so much confusion. It just appears as ''canceled'' and they get duplicata of the event with different information (for example: I can't just change the invitation itself cause it was divided in 2 separate events instead of one) and it gets people so freaking confused.

Is there a way to delete DELETE an invitation. I often send an invite as a save the date few months in advance, BEFORE all the details settle and sometimes I really can't just modify the occurrence.... Does someone have a solution for that?

This isn't very useful - it will only filter out an appointment if the Meeting Subject was updated to include the "Cancelled" keyword. But if the meeting were just cancelled outright without editing the subject, it remains listed. Unfortunately, trying to do similar with the Meeting Status field doesn't seem possible either.
