1. 選擇要套用隔行或隔列顏色的區域，然後點擊「Home」標籤下的「Conditional Formatting」>「New Rule」。

2. 在「New Formatting Rule」對話框中，請執行以下操作：

2.1 在「Select a Rule Type」框中選擇「Use a formula to determine which cells to format」選項；

2.2 要套用隔行顏色，請在「Format values where this formula is true」框中輸入公式 =MOD(ROW(),2)=0；

要套用隔列顏色，請使用此公式 =MOD(COLUMN(),2)=0。

2.3 點擊「Format」按鈕指定所需的隔行顏色，然後點擊「OK」按鈕；

2.4 在「New Formatting Rule」對話框中點擊「OK」按鈕。
