1。 按住 按Ctrl 鍵，選擇包含您要阻止的發件人域的電子郵件，然後單擊 庫工具 > 破爛 > 阻止發件人域.

2。 將彈出一個對話框，通知您被封鎖的寄件者網域。 點選 OK.

小提示: 您也可以使用右鍵選單封鎖寄件者域：選擇一封或多封電子郵件，右鍵點選其中任何一封，然後選擇 垃圾（Kutools） > 阻止發件人域.

此後，當來自這些寄件者網域的電子郵件到達時，它們將被視為垃圾郵件並過濾到 破爛 文件夾自動。

筆記:

  • 禁用 破爛 過濾器，點擊 破爛 按鈕。 小提示: 您可以切換按鈕來開啟或關閉過濾器。

Hello, I not only want them to be blocked but also want them to never appear in my inbox and my junk folder again. Is there any way for that? I tried to edit the rule but that is not possible, also duplicating rule to edit will only let me edit different parameters to what mail to choose but not what to do with it (e.g. delete).

Is there a way for it?

Our spam filtering features currently only support moving spam from the inbox to the spam folder, and we will seriously consider your suggestion. Thank you for your support.

I tried doing that, but it keeps coming up with "Contain" not "Specific Words".

Hi Keith Howard,

Sorry for the inconvenience. After clicking the underlined text "specific words", a Text Contains window pops up, click the New button to open the Search Text window. In this window, type in the IP address you need, click the Add button (you can repeat this operation to enter multiple IP addresses as you need), then click the OK buttons to save the settings. See the following screenshot:

What is the best way to block a SPAM IP address? I've tried putting in a valid IP address by adding a blocking filer to search for IP address in the Header.

Hi Keith,

Follow the second method in the post to maually create a block email rule with the specified ID addresses you want to block.
When open the following dialog box, check the header condition, click the specific words to add the IP addresses.

Hello,

I have downloaded and installed a trial version of Kutools for Outlook and would like your help with clarifying couple of issues.

I am running MS Outlook 2021 and from this app manage several accounts such as @live.com, @outlook.com, @yahoo.com and @gmail.com.

Question 1: If I block a domain by right-clicking on the junk message, would this domain be blocked for all accounts, e.g. @live.com, @outlook.com, @yahoo.com and @gmail.com or just the one the junk message was addressed to?

Question 2: I have accumulated a list of domains I would like to block. Is there a way to import this list into Kutolls rather than entering them one by one?

Thanks for your help. I am looking forward to minimize the junk with Kutools.

Hi Vladimir,

The domain will be blocked for all accounts in your Outlook. Which one do you prefer? just the one the junk message was addresses to or for all accounts?
And Kutools does not allow importing a list of domains right now.
I have sent your suggestion back to the development department. Thank you for your comment.
