hi,
i tried this, it worked but when i reopen the my excel, date and time does not update automatically. How date and time in filename could be update automatically on every opening.

Thanks for the tip. I was saving with a 'xxxxxxx' as the suffix and manually entering the data every week for a weekly snapshot. This automation is great.
